On iPhone does it cost more to send a picture over text?

Okay so basically, I want to buy a new iPhone with this plan:
3
Ultimate Internet 500.
24 month contract
All-you-can-eat data
500 any network minutes
5000 texts
£34a month.
+ £79 upfront cost

but I was wondering whether it would add on to my monthly cost if I sent pictures over text? Or does the 5000 texts include sending free picture texts as well? So confused…

Yes if you send a picture to a friend who doesn't have an iPhone. Normally, most iPhone users own an Apple ID so they can message for free includin pictures so it doesn't cost you. But if an iPhone user doesn't have one, ten you'll have to pay. Other phones will cost to send a picture to them too. So get an Apple ID.

I'm on the exact same contract except I use a different handset.

To send pictures it is with a Multimedia Message (MMS) rather than SMS and you would be charged 35p each. I find it better to take advantage of the unlimited data and send the picture via e-mail or via Facebook.

  • Why does Netflix keep pausing and playing over and over? I'm using it on my iphone 4. And I have checked my connections over and over I've uninstalled reinstalled, signed in signed back and everything else that the troubleshoot website has recommend. And it's gotten annoying. It didn't start doing this as much until I updated the app before the ios 7 release. I'm currently using the trial for netflix and my laptop doesn't work so I can get it on anything but my phone.
  • My iPhone 4S keeps turning off over and over and over again? I was on my phone just listening to OM&M on pandora and going on twitter when all of a sudden it shut off and now it's stuck on the turning off screen for like an hour or two. What do i do I'm FREAKING OUT.
