Orange service won't let me use my free internet data?
I got a new orange SIM card today for my iPhone 3GS and topped up £10 for the Dolphin plan which gives me 400 free texts and 1 GB of free internet. But when I try to do anything involving using internet the Orange page opens saying I can't I access the internet because I have no credit. Now I ended up losing my credit because of a silly mistake but I still have the 1 GB of free internet available so why won't it let me use that!
Any help would be appreciated.
It normally takes 24 hours for the plan to become live on the phone. So it sounds like it hadn't activated when you wanted to start using it. Give Orange a call and they can sort this out for you.
Orange Pay as you go Customer Services:
Dial 450 from your phone (costs 25p per call on your mobile)
Or call 07973 100 450 from another phone
I have 1G of intenet on my monthly plan but it won't let me use it

- What happens if I go over my data allowance on orange? I have an iphone 5 on orange and I get 1GB of data per month with my contract. however this month I have gone over my data allowance. I don't get my next GB until next week and I was wondering how much it is going to cost me for the extra data I will be using up. I will probably use around 500MB of data on 3G.
