Virus won't let me use Internet?
I'm connected to the internet but can't browse anything. I called Microsoft and did everything the told me. I also called my ISP and did everything they told me. They came to the conclusion that it's a virus but I don't understand how to fix it without the Internet. Please help. I'm using my iPhone on my home Wi-Fi to type this so I defiantly know it's not the Internet connection.
You're gong to need a second computer to transfer files from the good/clean computer to the infected computer.
Does the computer boot?
Can you get to the Windows Advanced Options menu?
Try this:
Reboot the computer and as soon as it starts, begin tapping the F8 key and see if you can connect by choosing Safe Mode with Networking.
If not, see if you can access the desktop and go to Start and type in system restore. Restore the computer to a time before you were not able to connect.

How many AV's/Firewalls are running in realtime?
If you have Norton, disable it and see if that helps.
What all did MS and your ISP have you try so we don't waste time duplicating possible solutions?
Perform a systemr restore
- Safari won't let me on the Internet? Every time I open safari on my iPhone 5, the page loads but if I tap the search bar the screen goes back to my homescreen of apps. I have Perfect Wi-Fi connection, I have tried forgetting the network and rejoining, and rebooting the phone but nothing is working? Any ideas?

I got a new orange SIM card today for my iPhone 3GS and topped up £10 for the Dolphin plan which gives me 400 free texts and 1 GB of free internet. But when I try to do anything involving using internet the Orange page opens saying I can't I access the internet because I have no credit.
