Text messages coming up as iMessages?

When I try to text my friend who doesn't have an iPhone, it comes up as iMessage, so when I send it, she doesn't receive it. Why is it doing this?

Can't download song on my IPhone ITunes?

When I try to download a song… It goes through the whole downloading prosess…

But when I go look for it in my songs… It's not there.
So I go back to iTunes and it says I didn't download it… So I have to do it again.

It says I already bought it… But it doesn't show up? WHY?

Why factory unlocked iphone 4s is showing that the iphone is not activated?

I bought factory unlocked iphone 4s on ebay for my sister-in-law who is in europe. And the seller assured that it is factory unlocked and will work perfectly. I have non activated sprint sim card and when i inserted it in to the iphone it showed that "the iphone is not activated.contact the carrier". What does it mean? Does it mean that the phone is not factory unlocked?

Does it require me getting an entire new phone or is there a way just to replace the screen? Help cuz o have a lot of memories on the phone and lots of great pics!

How to reset an iPhone? ITunes won't download the latest version on my laptop?

I'm trying to reset an iPhone 4s that my friend sold me… She doesn't know the passcode and I got told how to restore it cos I don't care about anything on the phone because I'll want to put my stuff on there… But iTunes will not download on my laptop. It gets to 73.7/73.7MB and says "Insufficient Permissions",… ANY IDEA WHAT I CAN DO? I really wanna get this up and working fast )

I want to buy a ringtone for my iPhone 4s through ITunes. How will I be charged? Will it come out of my bank account or will it show up on my phone bill? And will I be charged every month for this ringtone or just that one time? I've never bought anything through iTunes.
