How to connect my TV to speakers?

First time poster… Really need some help.

So i just bought a Samsung LCD 32" TV (LN32D403e4d i think), which only has an optical output. All other ports are inputs. The internal speakers stink, so I wanted to connect them to some external 5.1 speakers. I think these would work:

I'm a college kid, so i want to do this as cheaply as possible. I don't want to have to buy an A/V receiver or home theater system because that is out of my price range. Also, i'd like for the speakers to work for my computer and iPhone too.

My theory is to get the TV to convert its digital to analog using this converter:

Then, using an RCA male to 3.5 mm female converter (see link), I could plug the 3.5 mm male cord from the speakers into it:

This way, when I want to listen to my phone or computer, I can just unplug the 3.5 mm cable and plug it into said device.

Please let me know if you think this will work? It'll cost me about $100, which is far better than buying a complete home theater system. Please Please Please I need some help!

Well I just started a YouTube channel. For tutorials, vlogs, hauls, music, ect. And it would be awesome if you could check it out, and leave a like or maybe even subscribe! I love being behind a camera and filming so I would really love you! It is mostly for teens and pre-teens 11-16 (I'm 14) but anyone can be one of my little Alygators! I will try to make a vid every week.
The channel name is AlygatorTutorials, so just google that: D Anyways enough adv. My question is. Is there an iphone app that lets you put a picture on a video while the video is still playing? I have the video edited, all I need is to put the pictures on.

Barred iphone from spain

I have a barred iphone from spain, cut the story short i bought it from ebay and now i noticed that the phone is not only from spain but it is also imei blocked. I can't get a refund for the record.

i have heard rumours that if you have a blocked iphone it will not work in that country. In this case its spain. How do i go about of getting this phone to unlock in the uk?

How to change twitter accounts on the computer?

I have two twitter accounts that are logged in on my phone which makes it easy to switch between them (because of the 'switch accounts') but i need to get on the computer to find out what my email is for one of the accounts. I don't know my password or email for my second twitter account and my phone isn't set up on the account either. Is there a way i could figure out my email and or password from my iphone app or set my phone number to my account using my iphone?

Ok so I switched from an iphone to an android device. I love apple but I switched to android for reasons. Ok so the problem is I can't recive texts from iphones. Yet I can text iphone. My friends are telling me that when they send texts to my number it says imessage. When not even my ipod gets the message. I think I need to deactivate my apple account: cccccc or unregister from imessage: c I restored my ipod but that did nothing. I called apple and in order to deactivate the account then I have to pay for customer service._. Why steve why! I love apple but right now its pissing me off. I know its not the providers fault cause they've done everything they can so I know this is apple. Anyone know what I need to do?
