My mother recently bought an iPhone 3GS. I already have an iTunes account set up on our computer for my iPod. How can we activate her phone without it syncing with my iTunes account and putting all my music and information on there?
My Apple ID is used for my laptop, my iPod, and will be for my iPhone once I get it at the end of the month. A month ago my mother purchased an iPhone and I let her use my Apple ID to make it easier for her and what not. I'm interested in using iCloud for my laptop, iPod, etc. But I don't want it to connect to my mother's iPhone. Is it possible to make sure our things don't go to each others devices? Or if I don't fully comprehend it, could someone explain it to me?
I saw on eBay that some say locked to AT&T only can't be unlocked. Does it mean you can't at all even though you jailbreak it?
So AT&T said I qualify for a early upgrade on my iPhone now but I quality for a full iPhone upgrade in october. What is the difference?
I bought an ATT iPhone 4s and a micro sim card from straight talk that was compatible with this phone. I activated it, and it says "no service." I've heard that straight talk uses ATT towers, and they work fine in our area. So what is the problem?
It's weird because most f my contacts are displayed by their names except for a few who are in my phone book but come up as their phone numbers and it's kind of annoying since its hard to distinguish who is who. Could this have something to do with the fact that i'm using the factory unlocked iPhone 4s with tmobile? Anyone know how/if this is fixable? I already tried to delete the numbers and save them different ways on mh contacts but it still does it:/
