My Iphone (5s) which I've had for a few months now won't send or receive photos. When someone sends a photo even after it says sent it won't arrive to my phone at all and vice versa while sending a photo.
It fell in the toilet and i quickly picked it up. The damage: The home button stopped working but after i placed it in rice for a couple hours it started working again. No more sounds are produced when i use the keyboard. Sounds: Not as clear as before. Will it get fixed if i kept there for a while? How long? Is that a permanent damage?

the most recent laptop that i backed up too has been stolen in the last few weeks and so I'm want to try and back up my iphone to the PC.
Problem is I need to access my iPhone to give my PC permission to sync.
