What website can I use to unlock my iPhone 5s?

What website can I use to do a cell service unlock my iPhone 5s? I have Canada MTS and the only sites I've been able to find require me to pay $100 or more to unlock my phone. If anyone knows of a website that would either do this for free or for much cheaper, please list the website(s) in your answer.

How to get dragon Quest IV to work?

I don't live in America but I've always wanted to play this game but it costs a lot to buy it now (80$ on ebay plus an extra 20$ shipping) so I got the rom without knowing the rom doesn't work with a r4. My boat doesn't dock.
Is there a way I can get it to work on the r4? I don't have action replay.

Added (1). I don't have an android or iPhone. I don't have the money for one because I live in a country where minimum wage is less than America's. Please don't criticize me because you feel every country in the world is developed enough for it to be that easy.

Iphone 5c bypass icloud lock? (read details)?

Someone recently gave me an iphone 5c and he didn't tell me that he found it but i found out when i plugged it into my computer and restored it. It asked for an icloud account to login and said "if lost, please call ___"
so i called that number and the person said that she didn't lose a phone. So i'm guessing the person that lost his 5c must have changed his number and now i can't into the phone… Help please

Why won't all of my music albums show up on my iPhone?

I have a lot of albums loaded onto my iPhone. Most of them are there but some simply aren't showing up. They are on the phone I know because the songs can be played by searching the list of songs and finding them but I want to be able to play the album any ideas how to fix it?
