I won't go into specific details as to how it broke but it hit the wall. A small piece of glass came off. The phone is still responsive, as I can hear the texts and the phone screen lights up. The screen however are vertical lines and different colors. Is it fixable?

I'm from Romania and I want to buy an iPhone 6s from Canada because it's cheaper there. I have someone to get it for me in Canada but I want to know if the phone(SIM-free and neverlocked) can work in Europe. I need to contact Apple Canada to ask them that, but I don't know how. Can you either tell me if it will work here or how I can reach Apple Support?
I have an iPhone 5c and I can't send or receive any texts and it freezes whenever I go into messages user settings
I upgraded my iPhone to iOS9, but it did the upgrade loop glitch, and I had to reset it. I tried to restore it from backup, but it said my version of iTunes was too old. I went to download the newest version (12.1.3 at the time) but my computer needs to be wiped, because it had a virus and now I can't download programs like a windows update, or iTunes.
MY QUESTION: How can I get my iPhone's backup without having iTunes on my computer? The version I have now is corrupted and I can't open it.
It was all working fine yesterday and then I woke up and every time I tried to connect to the Wi-Fi on my phone, it would disconnect and tell me it was unable to connect. So I clicked forget network and tried to enter the password again and it keeps saying "Incorrect Password" when it's right. I got my MacBook out and tried to see if it was affected too. It also kept telling me that the password is incorrect but it's right and I've tried way too many times. I went downstairs and the computer is working with the Internet (not Apple, connected via Ethernet). I don't want to reset all network settings and lose other passwords. Also, when I click the information button at the side of a network, no information comes up. The IP address doesn't show and neither does the Router or DNS or Subnet Mask etc. What should I do?
Today and yesterday I've received iPhone screens in the post. No information about the seller or anything on them. The only return to address is the mail sorting office in Portsmouth. Says from Italy by air mail. Has my full name and address on them. IIm checking all my payments and can't find anything related. What do I do?
