My iPhone 6 has started to bend and apple won't replace it?

I've had my iPhone 6 for almost a year now and its starting to bend slightly like those phones at bendgate. I still have warranty and insurance so I took my iPhone to apple to show them my bend and they won't replace it because they are saying its physical damage. What should I do i don't want to keep this bent phone.

My iPhone 6 was locked for security reasons?

So I was using my IPhone 6 and I was on Facebook. I decided to click on a video on Facebook, then it asked me to click ok to continue to watch the video. Then this popped up on my phone and wouldn't go away. I clicked the home button, and turned my phone off. Then I checked Facebook, and this pop up was no longer there. Why did this happen? Is it something I should be concerned about? Thanks My iPhone 6 was locked for security reasons

What is the best alternative phone app for iPhone?

I have been looking for quite some time now, and haven't been able to find an app that suits my needs. I'm looking for an iPhone app that is essentially a phone. Here are the features I'm looking for:
Unlimited texting, picture and group messaging (both SMS and MMS)
Calling and Voicemail (no need for international calling; preferably unlimited minutes, but some sort of monthly max is okay because I don't call often)
My own number (area code doesn't really matter, but options would be nice)
Minimal to no ads
Preferably no need for credits, watching ads to earn credits, etc.

Here are some of the apps I've looked at:
Talkatone: Nearly perfect, but doesn't seem to support MMS (I think it used to?)
TextNow: Good, but calls are limited to credits, which isn't terrible since you start with 65 mins and you can watch ads to earn more; however, it's not ideal.
TextFree: Okay, but you get bombarded with advertisements all over the place. Very limited with only 10 minutes starting out, but can earn more by watching ads. Also, I've had issues with MMS, but not sure if that's just me.

What apps do you know of that satisfy, or at least get close to satisfying, these requirements? I'd really appreciate your input and I think many other would as well!
