Problems with Iphone 5s after replacing battery?

So I tried replacing my battery for my iphone 5s and I notice after i completed it. My phone would not turn on its screen and it kept vibrating whenever I try to charge it. And the worse part of it i that its over heating. Can someone explain to me what I did wrong and why is it overheating because that it worrying me the most?

Added (1). My iphone 6 won't turn on even after charged? I think the battery's gone? Just wondering since I didn't back up my photos, if I bring it to the apple store, will all my photos be gone? Is there any way to get the photos like SD card in the phone or anything?

How to transfer photos from OS X Yosemite to USB?

I have version 10.10.5. I recently imported the photos on my iphone to the "Photos" app on my mac. I want to transfer them to my storage drive (name: MY Passport) but i don't know how.
Looking at some answers online, they just say to drag them but when i do that, there's a symbol that appears that i'm not allow to do that. When i try to "export" them, an error message appears saying:

"You can't save the file "XXXXX" because the volume "Macintosh HD" is read only."

I really don't know what to do. This is my first mac (MacBook Air) and i'm pretty bummed out that many easy tasks on windows are so complicated on OS, but also I'm not so computer-literate either.

CHARGING CABLE KEEPS ON BREAKING. HOW TO MAKE IT MORE DURRABLE?

I have had 3 iPhone lighting charging cables and all broke. So I bought a 4th one and I wonder if there's a way to make it more durrable. It's a Anker charging cable from Amazon that's 6ft and made out of PVC not nylon. Please help me I have already thrown out enough money.

How to find my iPhone when it's offline?

My iPhone got taken away a month ago, and my mom was going to give it back to me, and I was really exited. She kept it in her pj drawer, and then it just disappeared. I've looked all over the house, and I can't find it. I even downloaded "Find my iPhone" on my mom's iPhone and my iPhone is offline. Really want too find it again.
