What's up with the iOS 9.0.1 update?

Alright so I recently updated my iphone 6 to iOS 9.0.1 this morning (roughly around 6 in the morning)
and about 6 hours later, bored out of my mind, I check iFunny and get a notification saying my
internet was off. So, as usual I go to the settings turn on internet access for iFunny on the cellular settings.
I go back to iFunny thinking everything was good when I got a notification saying I had no internet access
which threw me off because I had just turned it, so I told myself must have been a fluke on my part and go back
to the settings and do the process over again. Long story short all the applications which have internet access off

't let me get access unless IIm around wi-fi. Why is this and how can I fix it?
Solutions I've tried are: airplane mode, turning off LTE, turning off cellular data, turning off my phone, resetting the phone
(10 second power and home) and nothing has changed the outcome. Please I need help with this!

How to get rid of a pop up ad on one of my apps?

I have one of those free music downloading apps and I have about 300 songs. I went to a website to download another one and this pop up ad came up that says that my iPhone contains a virus. But it's just spam. I keep clicking ok on it but it won't stop popping up. It won't let me leave that website or go on any other ones. Can someone please help?! I d really appreciate it if anyone told me what to do. Because the ad tells me to call a number but it's a spam ad so IIm not doing it.

IPhone 6 died and won't turn back on?

My iPhone 6 randomly jumped from 10 percent to 1 percent and died instantly. It's been on the charger charging (it shows the charging icon) for over thirty minutes but hasn't turned back on. What do I do?

I want to get the new iPhone and the apple watch?

I want to get the new iPhone 6s plus and the apple watch. Will going to New Hampshire save me on the iPhone upgrade plan with the tax that will be due… Will no sales tax up there be applied to that plan, I know the watch will be tax free since I will be paying in full. Just wondering on the iPhone since its financed.
