New music on iPhone - can't play next song if I have music on repeat?

So if I have music on my iphone set to repeat (vs. Repeat album or nothing), hitting the "forward" arrow no longer goes to the next song - for some reason it restarts the song I'm currently listening too. I have to unlock my phone, open music and manually choose the song I want.

How can I change this?

How to convince people that I'm not spoiled?

I'm always getting made fun of because I own nice stuff. People call me the "rich brat" and "daddy's little girl" because I have a new macbook, ipad, iphone, and nice clothes. The thing is that everything nice that I own have bought with my own money. I'm a part-time-nanny and I run a baking business, so I have a full salary even though I'm only 14. The point is that I'm tired of getting abused at school and everywhere else for this. I don't rub it in peoples' faces, I don't brag, I don't compare myself. I've said nothing about my stuff, but people still go after me. How can I make it stop?

Iphone 4 upgrading from IOS 6.1.3 to IOS 7.1.2, is it worth it?

My mom got an old Iphone 4(24GB) which she's been using for like years~ Currently the iphone version of hers is 6.1.3 and I wanted to upgrade her phone to 7.1.2 because some of the apps and features are not available in the current version.

I saw some forums they metnion about SHSH Blops, what's that? They said we should backup that so If you doesn't like the new version, you can revert it back to the old version. Then again, should I backup the data before downgrading?

FYI, I'm not an apple user so I have no idea what is it about in that phone or whatsoever, I'm pretty sure my knowledge is above average when comes to android.
