How to transfer paid apps from your old iPhone to your new one?

I had an iPhone 4s, and there were a few apps I wanted but they costed money, so my friend let me log into her iTunes account (she already had the apps) so I could get them on my phone. But I got a new iPhone (5s, iOS 8) and while I can redownload (from the cloud option in the app store) all my other apps, these three paid apps don't have that option and I would have to pay for them to get them on my new phone. Please tell me how to get them transferred to my new phone, I've tried everything and have no clue, it's like I d never had them before.

I know that the Apple Watch is the number one answer but I was wondering if there's any cheaper watches, preferably under $50 that are compatible with the iPhone functions. I understand that as long as you have a Bluetooth phone, all of the watches will pair but you won't be able to send and receive texts and some other things. Most of the watches I keep seeing work better with android.

Added (1). this is a really weird question but i wanted to know why i don't look the same in pictures? I'm not saying i look bad in pictures but i feel like i look worse in pictures than i'm in real life.
Also, one guy that was following me on instagram met me in real life and he said i looked much hotter in real life. Why is this? And what do i do to stop me from looking so different? If your wondering i usually use a iphone 4 for my pictures

Apps aren't updating: Iphone?

So i was on vacation and I had no Wi-Fi but I figured they'd still update, but there's no new updates showing. I know I have new updates that need to be installed.

I'm home and I've had my Wi-Fi on for an hour I reset my phone and signed in and out of my App Store but nothing's working. How can I resolve this issue?

So my parents won't let me get an iPhone not even if I pay for it myself cause they're afraid I'll break it I'm 15 by the way anyway so I'm going 2 buy it myself and say I won it in a competition or else by planning an arcade game? How should i say i won it?

Last night I went to sleep. My iPhone was still working last night but when I woke up today it didn't want to turn on so I thought it was dead so I put it on the charger and come back later to see that it still hasn't turned on I tested the charger in my iPad to see if the charger was just broken but it started charging the iPad so then I just decided to leave it on the charger then I decided to try and reset it using the power and home button but nothing seems to work so I was wondering I you guys could help out.
