Can I fix my water damaged iphone?

I was using a waterproof case on my iphone 5s but when i went in the water, some moisture got in and i could tell that there was water inside. After a while, it wouldnt turn on and i did the rice thing but i stupidly tried to charge it/turn it on so i'm not sure if ill be able to restore it again. Its been 3 days and it flashed a dead battery sign when i tried to charge it but it turned off again. Is there a way to fix it, or is it permanently damaged?

I'm wanting to get the iPhone 5, I'm not a very big fan of the 6th. I do not know which I phone 5 is better, the C or the S. Any personal opinions would really help my decision. Don't want to pick the wrong phone.

Can I transfer games data from iPhone to new one?

I have a few games on my iPhone 5c that I have put some money into. But my iPhone 5c has has recently broken. If I back up my games from iPhone 5c to transfer it to a new one (iPhone 6 plus), will it transfer the game's data? Also, if it transfers just the app, is there a way I can transfer the game's data another way? I currently have iOS 8.

I opened cydia on my iphone 6, clicked on one thing to install it and this popped up

Then told me to contAct them and i called them and they wanted 149.99$ right there. The guy was a complete foreigner and i swear its a scam. How can i fix this. I don't have 150$ regardless if its a scam or not
