My iPhone has started running really slow?

Even typing this message, it's struggling to match my typing speed. It's been like this for three or so days. It won't load up soundcloud cause it always crashes and I can't see videos on snapchat because it plays them at like 1 frame a second haha
What can I do to fix this?
I deleted apps and stuff I don't need and have nearly a gig left of memory.

I have a 4S running the latest iOS 7.
What even causes this? It used to work fine even when I had like 100mb left

When you rest your iPhone, does it stop sharing your location?

If you have your location shared with people indefinitely, and you reset your iPhone will your location stop sharing with them/ will they be notified? (When someone stops sharing location manually it says "so-and-so stopped sharing location with you")
Or is the only way to stop sharing your location with someone to go into the convo, and go to details and click "stop sharing location"?

What's so special about an iPhone 6?

So my friend was at my house and we both have iPhones she has an iPhone 6 and I have an iPhone 5. So I went on my friends iPhone and took a bunch of selfies of myself and put them on her wallpaper xD and I noticed that the iphone 5 looks exactly like the iPhone 6.

So what's the point of wasting $649 ( that's the price on Walmart) when you can just buy an iPhone 5 for $299? Or even a different phone for less than $100?
The iPhone 5 and 6 look exactly the same except the size so I don't see why I would spend all that money for an iPhone 6. Waste of money in my opinion.

Waterproof watch, that plays music?

So now we have the new apple watch. They come with built in storage, but I hate the shape. The Lg G watch R looks like a regular watch, which I love, but it of course doesn't work with an iPhone, which honestly I could care less about. I'm not all that bothered about checking emails from my wrist or anything like that.

However the lg g watch r isn't the most waterpfroof thing around. So is their anything else similar at least to the g watch r out there?

Mostly I want is to be able to run, and play music from my watch without a phone.

No se me cargan los Tweets en Twitter para iPhone?

Pues desde hace un par de actualizaciones, en mi iPhone 5c, al entrar en la app del twitter, no se me cargan los tweets y no me deja ver mi perfil ni nada… Ya cerre y volvi a abrir sesion y ya desinstale y volvi a instalar la app y sigue igual. A alguien mas le pasa? Alguna ayuda? Gracias.

Added (1). I always bought the otterbox defenders but the one for the iphone 6 the buttons are wicked hard to push in and the screen protector doesn't lay flat on the case.
