I have to pay for apps which I already had on my iPhone?

When i last upgraded my iphone to IOS 8.3 some apps have automatically installed on my device: "iMovie", "Garage Band", "Pages", "Numbers", "Keynote" and "iTunes U". After a few days i had a problem with my iphone so i had to reset it to the fabric settings. When it was done, these apps have been deleted so I logged in my iTunes account and went to the app Store to download them again, but instead if the cloud with an arrow sign, which allows you to download the apps which you have previously deleted from your device, near these apps was a price. So I have to pay 40 to buy them all, which is inconvenient because I could have them all for free.
I have to say that I did the same thing with another iPhone (I reseted it to the initial settings) but after that I was able to download again these apps on it without paying anything. Why can't I do the same thing with this iPhone too? Please tell me a way to download the apps again for free.

Why can't my iphone 5s pick up my sony xplode bt2600 bluetooth?

I just got a new car radio. Sony XPlod BT-2600. The main reason I got the stereo, is because it is Bluetooth compatible. I press the Bluetooth button on the stereo, and the Bluetooth icon pops up on the screen. When I go to my iPhone 5S, and turn on my Bluetooth, nothing happens. The only thing that happens is that little circle keeps going around like it is searching for a device. Nothing ever comes up giving me the option to sync them. I figured that my car radios Bluetooth signal would pop up on my available devices. It does nothing but search… I have turned my iPhone off and on, I have turned the Bluetooth feature on and off on my phone and on my car radio as well. What else can I possibly do at this point?

Added (1). i need to restart my iphone 4 but the home button is completely broken… In fact, there's no home button and i forgot the password. I tried itunes and icloud to restart the iphone and it says " to allow access please respond on your iphone." I turned it on and tried responding but it wouldnt respond. I think the only way it would respond is if i click the home button, but i don't have one. I have no clue on how to restart it.

Should I update my iPhone 4S to a iPhone 6?

I'm 16 and I still have my first ever phone from when I was 14; an iPhone 4S. I love everything about my phone but now it's practically dead. The battery barely lasts a day and it crashes all the time. I kept my phone for so long because I like it, not because I can't afford a new one but should I update to the iPhone 6? Money isn't really an issue for me, because my parents can afford it but I'm worried about getting rid of my 4S because they don't make them anymore. Is it worth the update? What do you think of the iPhone 6? Is it any better?
