So I'm currently using the iphone 4 and I have turned off 3G and everything that drains my battery and it doesn't drain much overnight (only 2%), but when I'm using Wi-Fi it just drains like crazy…10% for 20mins.is that normal? I have tried to drain it completely to improve my battery life as I heard it helps. But is it normal to drain so fast over Wi-Fi? If not then how do I fix it?

Added (1). I can't manually add songs because it's telling me that I need to "erase and sync" when I try to apply the manually add songs setting.
I have a 16 GB Iphone and it says I've used 12.7 GB of storage and have none left. I've only used 2 GB storage though. Also, it seems like it got less and less as I actually deleted stuff until it hit zero. The last month or so I had been deleting apps I didn't use to free up space and haven't downloaded anything but it's somehow gone from a little storage to no storage at all. I even once deleted an app that wasn't working right and went back to redownload it but it said I didn't have enough storage even though I apparently had enough storage 30 seconds ago when I had that app

About a month ago, I agreed to let my ex-boyfriend (whom I civilly kept in touch with) work on my broken iPhone 5 since he does it for a living. He told me he'd give it back once fixed and I could return my replacement for the money back. Every time id ask about it, he would say he still hasn't received the part he needed in the mail.
Fast forward to today. I received a call from mutual friends informing me that he not only fixed it weeks ago, but that he talked about how he has been going through all 4,000 of my personal pictures, hacking into my social media (facebook, instagram, snapchat) and also lied saying my phone contained pictures of them and included some made up story making me out to be the devil, which caused our mutual friends to call off their wedding.
- I feel extremely humiliated, violated and furious; his job was to fix my phone and return it, not invade my privacy and hack into my social media accounts
- His lies ruined our friends' relationship and plans to get married in just 2 months
I feel as if his actions impacted and hurt a lot of people and am curious, would I be wasting my time pressing charges for this or could it be taken seriously in court?
The way he invaded my privacy and tormented me and others prior to doing so has affected us and we want something done about this.
