Can I use a blocked iPhone 5S?

My friend worked abroaded and came back not paying his phone contract, would the carrier block the iPhone completely so it can't be used again? And if so is there any way of using it?

The other day my iPhone (4S - I'm trying to upgrade it As soon as possible), was updating and decided to tell me everything was full - which it shouldn't have been. When I looked it told me the "Other" is taking p all the space

"Other" is currently sitting at 52.88 GB! I've deleted all my extra apps, deleted photos, texts, history, reset the phone, everything I can think of

Does anyone have any tips I can try?

Buying iphone 6 in-store or online?

So iim thinking of buying the new iPhone 6 unlocked, but almost every store i've been to has been out of stock, they tell me to reserve instead but when I go online, it's always unavailable. So I was wondering why everyone else kinda waits out till it's available rather than just order it online through the apple store and get it shipped to them. Are there more benefits from buying it in-store?

I used an MP3 file and clicked "show in Windows Explorer" and changed the mp3 to m4r. ITunes won't play or add the ringtone. I'm using the newest version of iTunes. How can I get this to work?

Why is my Wi-Fi speed so slow?

I have a HP Pavilion TS 11 Notebook 11-e000sa running Windows 8.1, the network adapters are a Realtek PCIe Family Controller (ethernet) and Ralink RT3290 802.11bgn (Wi-Fi)

I have a fibre optic connection, and my PS3 and iPhone are getting wireless speeds well over 30MB/s without any issues, however my laptop struggles to get 2MB/s.

All the drivers are up-to-date, but there must be something set wrong.

Any help on this would be appreciated!
