It slipped from where i put it and fell inside where half of it was under water for a hout a second.

I was dumb and checked to see if it was working. It worked perfectly. I go on facebook with my phone and stuff thinking it was normal.

Couple minutes after I put it on charge and it began to charge normally. Then randomly after 10 minutes of charging(normally), the screen turned light gray and then went black and i can't turn it on or anything.

I placed it in rice just a few minutes ago, is there any hope or do I have to get it fixed? And advice or steps to take?

I've had about 5 Apple iPhone chargers since I got the 5S a few months ago. I keep it completely flat on a surface, and it always finds a way to break itself. I'm fed up with it. The one I have now has just broke. It seems to have a little slit at the very top of the cable, beside the little plug (I don't know what you call it) that you put into the phone. Urgh!
How do I keep them from breaking? I heard you can put the spring from a pen around the top, how do I do that?!

Why won't my iphone 4 connect by usb on my laptop?

I have a toshiba satellite laptop on windows 8, I've tried to connect my iphone up to my laptop so that I can connect it to iTunes but every time I try to connect it up it connects for a second gets to the charging screen for a second and disconnects again and does that over and over again. So it basically just will not connect properly to my laptop at all. Does anyone know what this could be? Or know how to fix this problem?
