Should i get the Note 4 or Iphone 6?

So I'm kinda getting a new phone and i'm thinking between the note 4 and the iphone 6 and i've watched 1000 vids about them and i still can't decide. I like the spec on the note 4 but i think iphone 6 is faster please help me if i'm buying one of these phones i'm gonna have it for like 4 years so its really hard to decide. I like a phone thats great for watching videos and great for gaming please tell me which one is better and tell me your opinion: which phone would you get?

After updating my phone, it's struggling to identify my router. I've done the reset network settings and still the same thing keeps re-occurring. Is this happening to anyone else and what are the solutions as I don't wanna use up data

So the other day my dad bought an iPhone 4s from a local cell phone shop. He went back about a week later to get it connected and he got it connected on Oct. 9. However yesterday Oct. 19 I was messing with the settings and I could not figure out how to turn on Siri because the first I phone he had sold him had Siri. It was then that I realised that it only had 8gb of memory and it was running iOS 7 and that it could not update to iOS 8. So the guy at the cell phone shop switched the front of the screen to make it look like a 4s but it was really a 4. I plan to confront him and ask for my dads money back or threaten to sue him. I also plan to record any confession he makes can I do this?

I get married in a couple of weeks and was hoping to get a dedicated camcorder but I'm not sure I can now. I have an iPhone 5s but only 16gb. I'm trying to find out how much memory I may need for a 30 min vid.

Can you put a callback tone on an iphone?

I don't know if everyone knows what a callback tone is, it's when you go to call someone and you hear music instead of ringing until they answer or it goes to voice mail.
