Why is my iPhone 5c acting up?

My iPhone has been freezing lately. At one point, it wouldn't turn off or take a charge. It quits out of apps and many of them won't even load. It is being very slow and I'm worried something internally may be wrong. Any thing I can try to do, other than resetting it?

I currently have an iPhone 5, which is wrought with software issues, and battery issues. However, my phone is out of warrinty, but I'm also not eligible to upgrade at discounted price till March 2015. Is there any way that I'm able to get an iPhone 6 at a discounted price? My phone has an estimated value of about $200 dollars, but that a $400 dollar iPhone 6 is still not affordable. Is there any way that you know of that I can get the new phone now, rather than in March? I'm with Verizon, if that helps.

What happens if you lie about a health problem when joining the military? This girl i know personally was diagnosed with schizephrinia (hope i spelled it right) before she joined the military but lied on her forms. She has done so much harassment towards me i couldnt call the police or anything because she had the help of someone that can push a warrant through. I had people trying to break in my house thats affiliated with her. All this happened because my son father wouldnt stop talking to me. The things she created got a lot of people jobs at risk. I been followed, had pictures taken of me. My iphone has been hacked by her 4 times. Anything you think is crazy she done it. Now people jobs are on the line because they have no idea she using their name as to a response how she got information she has today. She got her hands on a police call and report records from another city but using a guy name in her unit as the way she received it because he is a police officer. But it really didn't come from him. She knows the whole incident report. She getting her hands on stuff that had me arrested and she was laughing. She know everything about me. Don't nobody know how she got the records. Now she is deployed the truth is coming out. Everybody thought she was nice but the girl is psycho. I had to move out my apartment. She kept saving pictures of me in her phone and i couldnt even change my license plate. She kept calling the police to my house

Why Do I Have To Click The Sound Thing On Instagram To Play The Sound?

For some reason the sound hasn't been working on my iPhone for Instagram. Someone said to click on the moving sound bars on the top right of the video and that it will play sound. Well, it worked. But my question is why the hell should I do that? Can't it just automatically play?

I got a iPhone from sprint last week and I wanted to know if I can find a way to unlock it. I really want to unlock it so in the near future I can use it on T-Mobile.
