IPhone 5 LCD replacing problem?

I was replacing the LCD on iP 5 and i forgot to put back the little metal cover of the wiring of the LCD. I can't open in again, its just stuck and I'm scared i would break it.Is it ok or can it be bad?

Can I still downgrade to iOS 7?

I have the iPhone 4s. On Friday, I connected my phone to iTunes and Apple updated my phone to iOS 8 without my permission. At first I was okay with it but now I'm mad and sad. My phone is running slow, turns off suddenly and my phone calls cut off. Is there anyway to downgrade still? Is there any program or jailbreak or website to downgrade? Please Help! I'm DESPERATE! If I can't downgrade I will have to buy a new phone.

Added (1). I used Pangu to jailbreak my iphone but then it deleted some of the Apple apps. (appstore, notes, mail, etc.) And no they're not hidden they just disappeared completely.
Also, the Cydia app never appeared either, so I reset my whole phone, but it's still jailbroken. The apps are missing, lost my contacts, can't use safari…

I tried searching the web but was not able to get the solution to it. My friend sent me some pics through snapchat which i took the screenshot off but later deleted them. It is still somewhere store in my iphone. I deleted the app but still i have those pics store somewhere in my phone. I came to know this when I tried sharing a pic on instagram and I was able to check all these pics i deleted earlier.

When my moms friend asks to use my iphone I give her my flip phone and told her my minutes were up. What questions would come out of that? I have private pictures, videos and apps on there and she's very noisy.
