After updating my iPhone 4s (32GB) to iOS8 the other data on my phone is almost 15GB?
First, I updated my iPhone 4s (32GB) to iOS8. On my phone it said that this would require about 4GB but since my phone was about halfway full, I decided to update my software via my phone. Everything went alright and it installed correctly. I recently chose to sync my iPhone with my computer but at first it said I had to instal the newest iTunes (version 11.4). After installing this, I connected my phone and iTunes told me that it could not sync new content because my iPhone was in over capacity of 2GB. When I looked at the bar that indicated the amount and type of data that was on my phone it showed me that I had an additional 15GB of data labelled "other." When I then looked at the music on my phone, I realised I'd lost almost my entire music except for 5-6 songs that I had recently purchased via my iPhone. Looking on the data usage on my phone, it said I still have 10 GB available. I was able to then reduce my overcapacity by 1GB by deleting my iCloud account and apps I don't use anymore but I was still not able to sync. I can't restore a backup from my computer either because the last one was made when I first tried to sync and I think it won't solve the isuue.
Please help! Thank you for any comments or ideas for solving this problem.
