Are you in favor or against the new Kill switches on iPhones law in CA?

The Governor of California, Jerry Brown yesterday signed into law a requirement that all Smartphones must offer a "kill switch"to make them completely useless to thieves. This is the first law of its kind in the entire country. There exists a rampant theft problem in California with the target being expensive smartphones that can easily be stolen and sold in the streets by thieves.In San Francisco, CA for example the district attorney's office says more than half of all robberies in the entire year of 2013 included the theft of a smartphone.

Can my teacher photograph me during class?

My teacher uses his iPhone to take pictures of my classmates when they have their heads down. He gives No warning and doesn't let us know when He's doing it. I live in California and was just wondering if this is legal? Can I see the actual law saying it isn't?

How to bypass my internet curfew?

My dad has recently put a curfew on my iPhone which won't let me connect to the internet past 9pm. My iPhone still connects to perfectly fine to the internet, it just refuses use that internet to get onto safari or anything.

He's controlling it off his new laptop which uses windows 8. I have no idea what new features this has over windows 7 but he definitely couldn't do it on his old laptop. Could I use a VPN or a proxy or something to get around this or will I be forced to deactivate it myself through his laptop? Please help me I'm dying here without it.

Oh yeah and I have asked about removing it but he's all about this curfew so there's literally no way he'll do it himself

Nexus 5 or hold on to my iPhone 5?

I currently own an iPhone 5 16 GB but I'm really tempted to get a nexus 5 because of the the new ART tech and android L. I can easily sell my iphone and get enough money for a 32 gb nexus 5, but I'm confused. My main requirements are best performance and super smooth lag free UI experience(which I love about my iphone right now)and battery backup. I've used android before on my old GS3, but it sucked. So please guys, I need advice from those who have used both iphone 5 and nexus 5. What should I do?

My iphone creates inference on my speakers?

What it is I have bought a aurora edifier mp300plus speaker system for my mp3 players iphone and laptop to play music.

I get ramdon interference I exspect some when having phone calls but get alot of interference when using whatsapp and viber but when I go on internet like google don't get any interference. What's going on? Feel free to watch my video and let me know what's going on?
