I dropped my iphone 4 in the pool, it went not even a foot under for less than 2 seconds, and I grabbed it out, and I threw it into a bag of rice, then I took it out to wipe off any of the water I could thats on it, and the flashlight is on! I tried to turn it off like everyone says to but when I hold down the lock button, the screen won't turn on! What do I do?! I'm panicking, my mom'll kill me if it doesn't survive!
I've had iPhones for the past few years but my plan with Sprint is ridiculously overpriced so I was looking into going to boost mobile. However to get an iphone with them it's full price and I can't transfer my current one with their network.
My iPhone 4 battery is pretty short. I already know about lowering the brightness, turning off Bluetooth, and closing apps that I don't use but is there anything else I can do? Oh yea and it loses a lot of battery when it's off. For an example, my phone was about 70% around 9:00 P.M. Then this morning it was 22%. Why does it lose a lot so fast?

Added (1). Okay, so I just got my iPhone 5 fixed and it is disabled completely and I need to do a factory reset. Unfortunately, it was never synced to a computer through iTunes so I have to do a full factory reset restore. But half way through the process, the phone exits recovery mode and turns on - ruining the process. What can I do?

I have an iPhone 4s with a repaired screen. When I got the screen fixed, the phone was working just fine. Earlier I saw that the camera was acting up, so I restarted it (held down the home button and power button) and now it won't turn back on
