I recently bought an iPhone 4 on the Verizon prepaid plan. The first month my data worked perfectly. My minutes expired and when I got a refill, I noticed my data isn't loading. It says that it is working but nothing will load. I tried resetting everything but it still isn't working. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

When I click on it it won't open, even though it is downloaded; if I find it in the App Store, it will open but that is a pain in the neck. I've tried every "solution" online and got nothing to work. Restored my phone twice with no success. After the second restore everything downloaded, but when I unlocked my phone the second time everything converted to waiting.
Hard reset didn't work, clicking it won't work, plugging it into my computer won't work…
I have a iphone 4 for verizon but my carrier company is ntelos. I was wondering could i take the iphone up to a ntelos store and have the iphone programmed to ntelos? Could they flash the ntelos software over to the phone?
I'm using my iphone (ios7) to make a youtube account but i can't do it on the app so i used my google and i made a google account and then i went to the youtube app and clicked sign in. A box showed up with my google so i clicked it and now my account has the @gmail.com as part of my username so i went back to the box and clicked manage and deleted the account but i really need some help

If you could just recommend me any websites the work really well on the ios (specifically the iphone or the ipad).
I know some websites like videoweed, vidto (?) and iseries but they never work for me and I don't know why because apparently, for others they work fine. If you do know any of those websites work (or websites similar), could you also please explain me the steps to watch the actual video without having to sign in and having ads pop up.
