So my father gave me an iphone which was originally his and it's been jailbroken it has Cydia downloaded, what do I to make it run normal and to have the proper software. I've tried restoring it in itunes but it says the Device isn't eligible for this download or something like that.
I think it's an Iphone4 it says its a version 6.0.

So I have been playing the Sims Freeplay and I have a newly wedded couple. I really want them to move in together but it doesn't show that as an option. I know there's an option for that when they are "Partners" but I forgot to click that when that was their relationship status. Is there a way to get my Sims to move in with each other without making them divorce and then love each other again until they are partners?
I used to own an apple device (iPod Touch), and I had about £15 of credit still left on the account before I got rid of the device. I have recently been getting back into some games that I liked, and one of them allows you to use your iTunes credit through an app to buy in game stuff on the PC version of the game. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find any way to use that credit without using an iphone, ipod etc with the app. Is there any way to purchase In app purchases from iTunes for example, so I could use the credit up on something I actually want rather than music which I already have loads of?
And how good is an iPhone 4s?
So I got the iPhone about a week and a half ago, and I'm having an issue with my email. I have both of my accounts set up, exactly as they were on my iPhone 4. I had iOS7 on my 4 as well as clearly on my 5s. But when I get new emails it is not letting me know.
I do not want an actual notification, like a text message or something. I just want it to ding when I get new emails and for the little red circle with the number of new emails in it to appear. I have to physically open the email app in order for it to update, and by that time I have like 20-30 missed emails. These include my school emails, which are important.
I can't find anything to fix this issue through google. So any help on getting it to ding and show the number of new emails without me having to open the app would be great.
So I'm trying to restore it and I have it connected to itunes. I press the home and power button and it goes to the apple symbol but nothing on itunes happens. Any help?

First of all sorry for my English, I'm not a native speaker!
I have been using my iPhone 4S for almost 2 years now. I really love it, but with iOS 7 it's a bit slow because of the 512MB RAM (eg.: it has to reload the webpages everytime I press the home button and then go back to Safari).
Yesterday I tried out my friend's Lumia 925, and I loved it. It's really fast, and the camera is amazing. The AMOLED display is a bit weird, compared to my iPhone's IPS, but it's not bad.
I'm thinking about switching my iPhone to a Lumia 925.
What do you think? Should I switch, or should I stick with my iPhone 4S?

Added (1). Actually the store is full of apps. Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, even games like Asphalt 8 and Modern Combat 4. And that's all I use.
The 8.1 update is coming soon (end of June), my friend has a developer account, so his phone already got 8.1, and I think it's really awesome.
But if you say I should stick with my iPhone, then I won't switch.
