Okay so I dropped my iPhone 4S in the toilet about 6 months ago. I immediately removed it from the toilet and thoroughly dried it, but seeing as it wouldn't turn on, I assumed it was broken. One day I decided to charge it and see, and to my surprise, it appeared to work perfectly! I then realized the iPhone couldn't connect to the phone service, and constantly said "searching…". After restoring and connecting to iTunes multiple times with no change, I'm at a complete loss as to what to do next. Since I restored the phone, whenever I go to set it up, I'm unable to due to the lack of connection. Since the phone works perfectly other than the connection error, I would love to still be able to use it as an iPod. How do I bypass the section of setup that does not connect so that I can continue to use the phone's features that DO work?
