I saw few advertisements on malaysia internet, saying iphone5 for just 1200 - 1300 RM, Is it original device? I know it could not be original but how come they are saying that it comes with 1 year international warranty?

Few months ago, I accidentally dropped my phone on the floor. I immediately picked it up and tried touching the screen, everything was fine. Except for the lower part of the phone. I couldn't type properly because the spacebar is part of the disabled screen.__.
I forgot the passcode for my iphone so just decided to restore it. But it keeps on rebooting during it. Gives me a error that itunes can't connect to it because it has a passcode blah blah. I put it into restore mode, but it just keeps on restarting every 15 minutes or so. Right now just downloading the software update.(thru itunes) does it have to to be in restore mode for that? And when the download finishes and I actually go to restore it, will this pose a problem?
So I want get new phone. Right now am using cheap T-Mobile prepaid cell phone I bought at Family Dollar (local store) for $40 and activate at home. Am using a pay as you go plan $30 per month. All I want to know if I can get a phone from eBay that said T-Mobile on it, not unlocked and just switch my old cheap phone sim card to the newer phone and start using it like normal. Will that work? If not, how do I activate it if I get one on eBay that say T-Mobile on it? Please help me out, will really appreciate if you do. Thank you!

So recently a loved one of mine went to Louisiana for a trip. They texted me in the morning telling me. I missed the text, and replied abut two hours later (I assume they were at the airport or on board). He has an iPhone bought in California.
