How to bypass IPhone 5s Icloud activation?

I bought this phone from some guy in my school who had a Iphone 5s for $70. I told him if he jacked it from someone. He replyed "no it was my sisters, I already have it reseted so here you go." I payed him the 70 not knowing it was stolen and left. When I went back to class I tried setting it up, It showed me this, "This iPhone was lost and erased. Sign in with the Apple ID that was used to erase this iPhone. Message from Owner: This iPhone has been lost. Please call me. (***)***-****. I tried looking for a way but I can't find a solution. Please wright back with a solution how to fix this. And btw the guy never gave me back my money.

Can you upgrade to the new snapchat on an iPhone 4?

I've got an iPhone 4, not bad, but snapchat recently released that new 'video chat' thing (not sure what you call it). Anyway, it said 'double tap to upgrade' so I did but there was nothing for me to upgrade. I left it thinking 'oh, il get the notification in the AppStore saying 'snap chat update''.
But I never did, now I haven't got the snap, snapchat sent to upgrade!
Does this mean I can't upgrade it? Or is my phone not good enough?

Why do I look completely different in every photo and mirror?

It's so strange. On one recent vacation I liked my reflection in the mirror of the hotel room. However I look like a completely different person in the mirrors in shops and at home. I took some photos outside in my garden with my HD video camera and I loved how I looked in them. Yet, I literally look like a COMPLETELY COMPLETELY different person in my iphone camera and in some other photos. My friend took some photos of me with her iphone camera and I looked INSANELY different, not even the same person, and I compared to them to the photos from my video camera and she said I looked the exact same even when I looked so so so so different. She thinks I have some kind of distorted disorder like BDD, but I don't believe at all that someone's mind could make them see that differently. I mean when you look in the mirror what you see is exactly you, what you get, so I'm just very confused as to why this happens to me.

Is caching YouTube videos for offline use illegal? What about iPhone apps like Music Tube?

So there's this album that I Really want to get, but it is not available on Spotify. I tried looking on places like Rdio, Beats Music, Google Play Music, and pretty much every music service like Spotify available in the US but I couldn't find it. I even looked for it on iTunes, but I couldn't find it there either. However, I did find the album on a version of iTunes from another country but I can't get it there since I live in the US, and I can only buy stuff from the US version of iTunes. Recently, I discovered that there are some apps where you can cache YouTube videos for offline use, and the album that i want is on YouTube. These apps use YouTube as a music player. You don't download the videos as MP3's like all those YouTube download stuff you find on the internet. You cache them for offline use, like how you'd cache Spotify tracks to listen to offline. These are the apps I'm talking about: http://appcrawlr.com/ios-apps/best-apps-cache-videos I want to use them but I'm afraid they might be illegal, and i don't want to risk breaking the law when I get songs you can't find on iTunes or any other streaming service, or unreleased songs by my favorite artists. If these apps are illegal, can you give me some legal ways I can get songs I can't find on any music services like iTunes or Spotify, or any other music service available in the US?
