How to fix laggy video on iphone 4S?

My phone worked perfectly last night, and all the sudden this morning my video was extremely laggy to the point were I can't watch it. The audio is fine and it loads fast, but the video playback is so slow. I've reset my Wi-Fi, but that didn't help. The same thing happens when I use 3G. Safari is fine and everything else works perfectly, but it's impossible for me to watch youtube or any other videos online. How can I fix this? Or will it just go away on it's own?

Does it cost to add a used iPhone to my line at Sprint?

I currently have a non-smart phone through Sprint and was looking to get an iPhone. Right now I'm unable to get one cheap with my plan. I saw a lot of good priced used Sprint iPhones here in town, I didn't know if I could bring one in and just flash my phone over to a used iPhone instead… Didn't know if there are any additional fees? Or if it is as easy as that. Anyone know? Sprint is closed right now, so just looking to get some answers before I head down there this week.

Sound not working on iphone 4?

So on my iphone 4 i can't hear anybody's snapchats & i also can't hear any vines on the app. My ringer is not on silent or anything. I can hear instagram videos and i can hear people when i'm on facetime and vines from twitter but i just can't hear anything on vine and snapchat. I also tried to uninstall snapchat and redownload it because people said it would work then but the sound still doesn't work! How can i fix this? My ringer and volume is not on silent. Also, if this CAN't be fixed if i made a video on snapchat would it be silent for them too as it is on mine? Or would they be able to hear it?

Programs to download music to my iPhone from YouTube?
