Bought an iphone 5 on eBay that was financed?

I bought an iphone 5 on eBay recently and tried to use but when I checked to see if the IMEI # was working, Tmobile tells me that the phone is currently on a financed plan and I guess the previous owner didn't fully pay for it before selling it. Is there any way I can go about getting this fixed or should I just return it?

Does this use my data on my iPhone?

I'm new to smartphones. And i was wondering if i'm in the car for example, and someone is sending me messages on skype, liking my instagram pics, etc, and its popping up on my lock screen, does that take my data? If so how do i turn it off.

also can you please list things that take up data?

Should i go with att next or 2 year contract?

I have to choice right now to go with att next or wait for a 2 year contract. The thing is i really want to upgrade my phone to an iphone 5s and i can do so right now with the att next contract, but i can wait for around 5 months and get the 2 year upgrade after it is done. I don't know what to choose because I really want and need a new phone because my current one is really in its final leg, but i don't want to waste my parents money just because I want something immediately. So what should i do, go for att next or wait with my half broken phone that doesn't really work for the 2 year contract.

What do do with a blacklisted iphone?

I bought an iphone 5 off someone i fully trust. I know for a fact it wasn't theirs he was selling for someone. As my blackberry took a standard sim i ordered a nano sim as i needed it to activate it. After 3 days of desperation i cut my standars sim to fit the iphone. It activated it but i got no signal so i figured i cut too far and ordered a new sim. After it arrived i topped up and realized it was blocked as i could use internet but not calls, a shop also confirmed it. When i took it off of him it was ios6 which kinda leads me to believe it kinda was an unwanted upgrade as if it was stolen it would run ios7 right? Bare in mind it was boxed up and everything. The company said they can unblock it if they can prove it isn't stolen. Now the origin owner has asked for like 3 days to get time to do this. He wud have the decencey to prove his innocence and do it straight away. Obv my mum will need mynumber soon and i can't tell her its blocked or i'm dead. I can trade someone like in USA but how do i know i won't get scammed? Somebody please help me!

I'm fed up with my husband. He wants to be cheap with food but give all the kids iPhones?

He makes 100 thousand dollars a year. I only make 25,000
So of course he does all the grocery shopping for the household
He wants to give our 3 children iPhones then for dinner I find out they all are eating frozen pizza. I used his credit card a few times to buy some orange juice and fruit and he was saying " that stuff is expensive as crap" and I said " I don't care. Take away the phones then' and it wasn't even expensive. It was 2-3$ fruit and REAL orange. Stuff he never buys but is essential
He tried to cook once and the kids said " this stuff taste like throw up I'm not eating this"

Apple store employee was feeling me?

I entered the apple store and within a few seconds this cute guy approached me. I told him I was having problems with my iPhone. So he showed me to a computer to help me book my appointment.

Then he told me my appointment would be in 2h, but I found that was too late. So he told me he will check upstairs with the geniuses to see if they had any slots available earlier. I then followed him upstairs and as we were walking up he started inquiring what was wrong with my iPhone. And as I answered I noticed he was smiling and laughing, mind you I'm a pretty enthusiastic girl. When we got upstairs he left to go check the availabilities, and came back to inform me their was no slot available earlier. I affirmed and he then told me I could always try another apple store to which I replied "oh no that's too far". He chuckled and as I was leaving he said "it was nice meeting you" while simultaneously shaking my hand.

Then when I came back 2h later for my appointment. He saw me waiting and came up to me and said " hope everything is good and good luck!" with a smile, and put his hand on my shoulder. I said thanks and smiled and he then left. I was left a bit frazzled because I've never experienced such service from an apple store employee, and as a matter of fact from any store employee. The fact that he initiated physical contact and said it was nice meeting you makes me wonder if he was feeling me or just being overly friendly? Has anything similar ever happened to you?
