So I'm only 16, and a couple years back my uncle offered to get my a smartphone so I took the offer, after a year i ended up getting the Iphone 4 for a free upgrade because my other phone broke. Well this week my uncle shut off my phone for no apparent reason, and then reported my Iphone as stolen to the insurance company and i still have the phone! It was never stolen. So I'm wondering can i use this iphone or is it forever out of use now? Will i get in trouble for using it even though i didn't steal it?
I got my iphone 5 wet and it will connect to Wi-Fi but will NOT connect to my mobile carrier. This makes me believe that i have something bad with the sim card/sim card reader. What do you guys think?

I have an iphone 5c and a windows 8 computer, and when i plugged my phone in to my pc i accidentally clicked "don't trust." now when i plug it in it makes that "device recognized" noise or whatever but the second i click "trust" it makes the "device removed" sound. It doesn't show up in itunes anymore and literally All of my music is on there. I have no idea how to fix it, and everyone is refusing to help me. Am i just really stupid, or?

I'm watching this documentary about athletes who went broke and a lot of it was because they had crooked financial advisors. Now I'm guessing that they weren't the most tech savvy kind of guys. And considering that these guys born in 1960s and 70s and 80s, by the time they got money, everything was documented on paper. So my question is, in this day and age, can anyone who makes a ton of money whether they are athletes or musicians, manage their money by themselves as long as they organize it and list their finances that have to be paid each month. Maybe from just writing down in their iphone notes or a more secure word application or something and pay all of that from their Bank card or website or if their bank has an app?

I have a 32gb AT&T Iphone 4s running on jailbroken 5.0.1. I need to restore my iphone, and I do NOT want to update. I don't really want to keep the jailbreak either. The only things I need to keep are my notes (they don't need to go back on the phone, just need the text), and if possible, messages and contacts. The last two don't matter that much.
