How to replace a iphone baseboard? Or do i maybe have another problem?

I have a iphone 5 and recently got it wet, it will not connect to my verizon or wi-fi but will dectect Wi-Fi signals and show them as avalible. I took the iphone into my local phone repair shop (part of the kracked chain) andthey told me that is was the antenna for sure. After replacing the antenna and putting a new sim card in the phone it still give me the "searching" message ehere my 3g 4g reading should be. I a inclined to belive that my sim card reader got fried but the guy working at kracked insisted that it wasn't the problem and that my baseboard was fried and i should give up on the phone. I have some knowledge about iphones and if the baseboard was fried wouldnt the iphone not be able to function anything else properly? It will run everything else on the phone just fine except connect to any form of internet. Also, if my basebiard is ruined could there be anyway to replace it without losing this phone. And any of the data on it? Also, if the baseboard was corrupt wouldnt some of my information on the phone have been lost/damaged? Because all of my 15,000 and somthing pictures, music, and all offline stored data for apps is just fine. I have seen replacement basebords for sale and i'm just not sure on the details surrounding replacing one or if it is possible. I have one more question, if the iphone is shot is there any place that will transfer all of the data to differt storage and then transfer it back.to.a brand new clean and clear one? I aplogize for asking so.meany questions and i really appreciate your answers i really do. If possible i would really liie to keep this specfic phone because it has much sentimental value. How to fix sub-process \usr\bin\dpkg error code 2 on Cydia?

Evasion 7.0.4 Jailbreak. At first I was getting the package header error that fixed by the solution below. Every time I try to install or remove packages I get the error 2.

I have tried the solution of going to the jailbreak again, deleting the evasion icon on my iphone. THAT IS NOT WORKING for error 2. It seems to work for e1 else but me!

Alright, so I have windows 8.1, and I plugged my cable into the USB port. There's usually an option that appears in the top right that asks what I'd like to do with this device, and for some reason, I clicked open folder to view contents. Now every single time I plug it in, it will only open the folder and iTunes won't connect to it. I've spent days looking on Google and found nothing. I can't sync new content, or back my phone up like this!

My new Iphone 5c doesn't send/receive text messages properly?

I brought a brand new iphone from trade me, put a new 2degrees sim card in it and was hoping everything would work fine, which mostly it does.
so far there's one person in my contacts who can't receive my text messages, they say they have been sent from my end but never seem to end up on her phone. She can text me fine and we can call each other no problem.
also occasionally people won't receive my texts, or i won't receive theirs- and this happens with everyone resonably regularly.
i haven't got anyone on my block list, and it makes no difference weather imessage is on or off, i'm confident its not just something like having sms messaging turned off! But still any answers will be greatly appreicated!

I'm 21 and there's nothing I love more then starting a game that I end up finding out are full of 9-15 year olds. -.- NOT! When I search iOS games for adults all it gives me is that sleazy Leisure Larry game and Virtual Girlfriend. Uh, no thanks.
