My Iphone 4s(Jaill broken) wasn't showing the home screen wall paper so i thought it was one of the Cydia tweaks so i started deleting some of them made my iphone stuck, so i desided to turn it off and when i did it keeps turning it self on and off on and off… And i won't connect with my Computer and i'm not in America atm so there's no Apple store around can some one please help me?

I had the galaxys4 not too long ago and in the android play store there were tonsss of apps that you can download free music on. If there aren't any like that could you please name the best free music apps of any kind in the apple App Store?!
I'm in with vodafone and I hardly ever get 3G.
I have noticed when I do get it, I'm only on one bar phone signal, and when I'm on E (which is painfully slow) I have full bars. I would rather one bar and 3G all the time tbh because I'm paying £25 a month for a phone that I'm using like an iPod. I want to have 3G all the time, on my old blackberry there was an option for this.
I would like to watch tv and movie on my iPhone on the bus or something. I know you can get movies and tv shows on itune but I don't have any more money and the free ones aren't so good. So does anyone know how to watch tv and movie online without internet?
I'm looking for a phone mount for my bike. I currently have a cheap one that connects to the top cap of my headset. I like the idea of the "quad lock" a lot, but don't want to pay 70$. If anyone has any ideas of a quality mounts for either mounting directly on the stem (not headset cap) or for handlebars, I would appreciate it. I don't wanna pay that much.
I was on my iphone and i was going on to istagram and my clock had just switched from 5:01 to 5:02 and right when I opened instagram the clock said 5:01 for a few seconds again. I'm going insane how is this possible!
I just got my iPhone 5c over the weekend and I'm in absolute love with it! There's one thing I'm wonder though. My iPhone is blue and my music buttons and Icons within the app are like a pinkie red. Its not the color I would prefer with a blue iPhone and being a guy. Is there anyway I can change it, I will NOT jailbreak it.
So I got the tempered glass thing for my iPhone that is supposed to be shatter proof and they even said there will be no rainbow effect but guess what. It has the rainbow effect right smack in the middle of my screen and I freaking cracked! And they won't fix it unless I pay $20 and i'm not about to pay them for their own mistake after paying $50 for I and they installed I for me. Does anyone know how to fix this rainbow effect?
I'm looking for an app that can edit the saturation, contrast, brightness etc for my gopro videos to put on Instagram. I know gopros editing software can do this put to put it in mobile device format it drops the quality to 360p. So is there anything I can use straight off my iphone? Or if not, another computer program to edit and format it without losing the quality
