So my iPhone 4 isn't making a text sound ringtone or keyboard sound. I've reset my phone twice I've turned it on and off it says everything is on to my knowledge and my music plays out loud and when I click the side to turn it up it says it's all the way up. Any ideas of what I can do? Maybe I missed something in settings?
I'm transferring my number from a normal sim to a micro sim for my new iphone. I did what they told me to do in the shop and now i'm to wait for my original sim to lose signal before i can put the new one into the iphone.
Is it okay for me to go ahead and do that before the original sim loses signal or do I have to wait?
I've tried my iphone, laptop, and work pc-nothing.
Added (1). I'm aware of how to see my contacts, I'm saying that they are not loading after clearing my cache, restarting app, etc.
I recently got the Microsoft Surface RT and am trying use the Internet by connecting to a hotspot I set up on my iPhone 4S. My hotspot is turned on from my phone but doesn't show up on my tablets network connection lists although it works when my sister does it with her phone, what can I do to fix this?

I know I asked this yesterday, but I want to add more detail to my question.So, because I have an old iPhone 3G, I basically can't get any apps on my phone because it only supports iOS 4.2.1. Because of this, I was hoping I could email photos from my phone to my kindle to upload them to twitter. Will this cost? I'm on contract, t mobile and use Wi-Fi.

I'm not sure if it'll work as the adapter has an extra hole as opposed to the 2 which my plug has. The 2 rectangular slots also look slightly different sizes. If that doesn't work, can someone find me one that will?
A guy bought an iPhone 4s in late 2013 and gonna use it for the next 2 years before buying a new one. He didn't wanted to buy iPhone 5c or 5s because it's too expensive and besides he's 15 and he bought it using his savings so does anyone care with that? Does he looks old fashion?
