Does jailbreak bypass the passcode lock on iphone 5 iOS7?

I have an iphone 5 and recently jailbroke with the evasion ios 7 jailbreak
I'm on ios 7.0.4
When i jailbroke the first time, my phone went into a respring loop, also my lock button did not work
I took it to thw shop and the man fixed my lock button and completey swiped my phone
I restored from a itunes back up and everything is working fine and my lock button works great
So can i jailbreak?

Why does my itunes take so long to import a cd?
My iTunes seems to take a very long time to import a small song and when it does import the song is all fuzzy and you can't hear it. My iTunes is up to date and my library is small but some CDs import properly and others don't. Is there anyway I can import this CD to get the songs on my iPhone?
Kik won't show a faded d for me?
This is a stupid question, but it really bothers me. I have an iphone (4s) and I use kik messenger daily. Whenever someone's offline or hasn't opened the app, kik shows a faded grey d. But for me, whenever I go offline, the d still remains solid. It's really annoying because I'm not on the app but it still shows that I'm, and my friends always think I'm ignoring them when really I'm offline. It bothers me because I have an iphone too but for some reason the d never turns gray for me even when I've closed to app. Any reasons why? Stupid question I know, but it was bothering me. It's done this with my past ipod too, it still never showed a faded d when I used an iPod touch. I use Wi-Fi for my internet connection.
Restore a jail broken iPhone?
Please help me. I have tried everything and keep getting error 21 or some other error. Once it worked on tiny umbrella and vibrated and went to the home screen with lots of different languages but then it went back to the apple logo. It does not get off the apple logo loop and I have tried absolutely everything. Please help me because it is really annoying me. Also it does not hold charge unless plugged into the computer.

Okay so my dad ordered an Iphone 4s from Ebay and it said that the estimated time of the delivery is dec 23-jan 2nd. Dad ordered it on december 19th. The iphone was ordered from a person living Within Australia which is where I live but we live in different continents. My question is, do orders come within the estimated days or awhile after?
