I swiped my credit card into the iPhone reader of a little old lady who has had a soup kitchen baked goods stand set up all week. I have never used one of those things before, so now I'm nervous. Are they generally quite safe?

The right Apple Earpod stopped working and is silent. I've checked that it is not my phone that is faulty because the earpods don't work in my phone or computer. The sound is balanced between the right and left ear in my settings. These earpods came with my iPhone 5s that I got just over a month ago. Is it possible to fix them or should I try to get a replacement? I already have Apple Earpods that I brought before I got the phone so unless I can get a free replacement I'll just use my old ones.
When I got off of work, I plugged my iPhone into my AUX Cord in my receiver, my music is playing on my iPhone, but my music through my car speakers is chopping and pausing constantly. But if I turn it down lower, it plays, then when I leave it on that volume level after awhile, it does the same exact chopping/pausing effect, so I half to keep turning it down lower. I replaced the AUX cord, so it can't be that. Is it the actual receiver I need to replace? Or where would I go to get that looked at?
I haven't even had my phone for a year yet, not even a month and already I'm noticing how slow it's becoming. For a phone that's suppose to be running on LTE it's lagging quite a bit. Here's some examples
1. Videos do not play all way thru
2. Apps take at least 5 min or more to download
3. ITunes takes about 5 minutes to open
4. Instagram photos take forever to load plus videos do not play all the way thru or right away
This is very frustrating considering I payed for this phone. Will Apple replace it with a BRAND NEW one?
My dad wants to get an iPod but iPhone's are cheaper. Can he buy a new iphone and then use it as an iPod without activating it?
I just got an iphone 5s yesturday and I have been trying to find a good music app to use. I wasn't going to use itunes because its like a dollar per song and I don't really have the money for that. I have tried some apps but they won't load right… Any suggestions?

So I went to the cricket store online, and I clicked the phone I wanted and then I clicked the 50 dollar plan and then in account holder I put my dads name and his D.O.B and my house address. Then I put my dad's credit card information and I guess that was it
But when my phone arrives, will my phone be activated already? And if not then what do I have to do?
Will it ask me for more information?
Will I have to go to the actual store and do more stuff?
I'm a little scared I may have put the wrong information because it seemed a little to easy

My dad's credit card expires in 2 days will that effect anything
Okay so i tried to jailbreak my iphone 3gs and after i got it tethered cydia never appeared. I lost my app store and phone calling icon, I tried restoring but that didn't help at all either. Any way i can get those back? Thanks

I have a iphone with iOS 7 and my brother just updated his iPad, now he has iOS 7 and everytime I get a text message he gets it. How can I fix this, please help.
