I just got a iphone finally from my older brother. And i would like to unlock the phone so i can use it with my sim card. I jailbroken it using evasion and tried to install ultrasnow but it did not work.
iPhone OS is 6.1.2 and baseband is 04.12.05.
Please let me know my best bet besides having to pay for a unlock website. I'm really trying to achieve this myself.
Basically I'm learning German as I'm currently living in Germany. I will be taking classes eventually but unfortunately they are not starting until after xmas so I'm getting started on sites such as Duolingo problem is I want to practice my pronunciation. I've heard stories of Indians who are trying to learn English to use the Iphones Siri to practice their pronunciation on.
Is there a way that I can practice my pronunciation of German online perhaps by using a speech to text program or something similar to Siri?
My iphone 5 got stolen about a week in a half ago, and is now at the bottom of some creek. I don't have insurance so I can't go and get a replacement iphone, however, my friend is offering to sell me his iphone 5. The thing I'm worried about is his iphone was under a sprint plan. He recently purchased a new phone under his same plan so now it's just a "paper weight" iphone. My current plan is under verizon, so what I'm wondering is if I were to get his previous sprint iphone would I be able to reactivate it as a verizon iphone or does it have to be unlocked? Or is there no way that that could work.
Every time I sync my phone it adds every picture I have on my laptop to my phone and I wind up with several locations with the same photo and photos I can't even delete. When I try to take anything off, it wants to delete all the pictures from my phone and everything. Its taking up a lot of memory.
I'm thinking of getting the iphone 5s but I have never ever had a plan before so I don't know how anything works. I want unlimited texting and calling with Verizon. How much would that cost per month… Like 40$ or 50$ or 20$? I'm clueless please help!

I got an iphone 5 c like 2 months ago and so far its the worst phone i have ever gotten the adhesive doesn't stay on ( poorly made phone) and it falls apart all the time… I have never dropped it… It also shuts off at 30-40% percent and says i have no battery left… Please help thanks

So I'm thinking about getting T-Mobile's prepaid plan for 30 dollars a month. When I do that, what kind of overage fees are there? Also, do I need to buy a phone outright, or can I pay per month for an iphone? Could I bring a T-mobile phone with me to get it activated?
Is 1GB enough for iPhone 4s and how can i check how much I've used? I will probably be using facebook, iTunes and internet, I do have Wi-Fi at home but I probably will use my phone when I'm away from my home as well. Any suggestions on how I can keep it down?

My cousin accidentally spilled super glue over the power button of my iPhone 4, now the button is stuck. Can somebody help me find a way to remove the superglue?
iPhone is not under warranty.15 months old.
Can't remove case as the top right side is completely glued.
Its still working just fine but i can't put it in sleep mode, restart, power off/on etc.
Any possible remedy to remove the glue without damaging the phone will be great.
