Quick ways for teenage girls to tone up and lose weight?
I'm 16, and I'm a junior in high school. My boyfriend is a senior and I'm going to prom with him this school year. I'm not satisfied with my body as of now and I need diet plans so I can lose 40 pounds by April 2014. I'm currently working, and I have so much school work so it's really hard for me to squeeze in time to exercise, although I sometimes use the Nike training app on my iPhone. I just need some diet plans or something to help me out. Please!
