I recently updated my iPhone 4S to IOS7 and since then my phone has stopped playing about 80% of my songs! They just appear as grey squares! I went to the apple shop and they told me to do a factory restore and then update my contacts etc from iCloud, I have done that twice and still once the songs are synced onto my iPhone it refuses to play most of them! Anyone know what else can be done in this situation?
Recently my friend deleted this very important picture in my iPhone. I'm very desperate to get this picture back.
So I synced a photo album to my iPhone 4 and now can't figure out how to remove it. I thought I had it figured it but yet it still is on my phone, taking up space.

I just got a brand new IPhone 5c. I tried activating IMessage and it says 'waiting for activation'. When I try to sign in it says I'm unable to and to try again. I have never had an IPhone before, but I've had several IPod Touch's so I already had an ITunes account. Do I need to make a new one for this? Or how do I fix this? Because I've tried resetting it and toggling on and off IMessage and Facetime and everything. What do I do?
