MY IPHONE TURNS ON IN MY LOCKER AND DRAINS Battery

Ok so on the bus ride to school i listen to music on my iphone 4. When i get to school i turn off my iphone, i always double check! I put it in my locker than go to class. After school i come back and my iphone is at freaking 4% and its on! I don't know what is going on!

What shall I get my daughter for christmas?

Well my daughter is not the girliest girl on earth! She is a tomboy! She is so difficult to buy for! She likes:
- reading.
- playing on her xbox 360. (she has lots of games eg. Saints row and Call of duty.)
- bones (tv show) (she has the box set)
- csi (tv show)
- criminal minds (tv show)
- playing sports.
- technology. (She has an iPhone)
I have no idea what to get her! My price range is £80 - £140. I would like to get her multiple presents that total within that price range. Please help! Any suggestions? Thanks in advance! X

How is this happening when I recover my iPhone photos?

Recently, I lost some pictures on my iPhone 5 and I used a tool called Tenorshare iPhone data recovery to recover the lost photos. I performed as the guide says and hit "Recover" in the final step. The program warned me "The file can't be recovered." I was disappointed because it cost me 69.95$. But, but when I came back to my computer. I found that all the pictures are back in a file "Tenorshare iPhone data recovety". How is this happening? Have you ever encountered this problem?

I ordered some stuff there on 16 september, till today i haven't received anything. (i live in belgium so i understand it can take some time but not this long ) i email them, don't get any response and i can't call the number on their website cause international calls are blocked on my line ( before i used bobsled iphone app but it don't work anymore) also when i ordered i didn't get any trackingnumber or something.i'm becoming afraid its a fraude and i lost my 189.99$

What does:$ mean? It was texted to me from an iPhone to my android so I think they were probably using an emoticon app and my android made it look like what it would have looked like without the special picture lol. Sorry if this sounds dumb. I'm not big on emoticons.

What if someone had videos, phone recordings, photos that proved these people where calling their victims with pre meditated phones calls which contradicted the iphone audio recordings of meetings and clearly showed they where trying to create false evidence to defend themselves in the event they where investigated or presented a case against their own victims for what they themselves did as perpetrators.
