I'm looking to get a new phone soon, but can't decide whether I should get the iPhone 5s or the Galaxy Note 3. I know both of these phones are very good in their own ways.

I just got a iphone 4s.
I sync some songs to the phone from itunes ( i didn't buy them)
When i go to setting>sounds>ringtones, i can't find the customize tab?
Do anyone know how to use a song that you synced in as a ringtone?

Will I still be logged on twitter?

I've forgotten the email I used for my twitter account and also my twitter password because I only use the iPhone app so haven't logged out in over a year. I have a new iPhone and can't log in. If I back up my old iPhone and set up new one from iCloud back up will my twitter app still be logged in?

IPhone Messenger App Not Working?

Recently my Facebook Messenger App on my iPhone 4s has stopped working. It implies that it needs updating as it has faded out and there's a bar which would usually fill up through the process, however when i click on it to update, it simply says: Waiting, and either stays like this doing NOTHING or becomes idle. I've tried syncing it to iTunes to update the app in case the amount of data required can't be obtained without the internet or whatever, but it's not working at all.

I know this has been happening to everyone. I called apple & they apologized and told me to restore my phone from my computer, but the thing is when I try to restore it, a message pops up saying "there was a problem downloading the software for the iPhone "(MY NAME iPhone". The request resource was not found."

I don't know what to do?

I tried making an appointment with apple but they're so crowded and I won't get an appointment till next week. Does anyone know what I can do? It won't let me do ANYTHING. Not even restore it.

IPhone isn't saving passwords?

It's driving me mad keep putting email address and passwords in my iPhone 4S iOS 7.It says live.com is not allowing the phone to save passwords? Is this Microsoft from my laptop and how can I change these settings please? Plus - do I have my iphone account set at yahoo or iCloud? There's also calendar in the list.
