I want to set up an iCloud account on my pc?

I don't have an iphone, ipad, or ipod touch. All I have is an old ipod nano and the ipod shuffle with a little touch screen that I got like three years ago. When I try to login to the icloud it says that I have a valid apple account but not an icloud account. It said to setup the account on one of the devices mentioned above. Do you see my dilemma? Is there ant other way to use icloud, or set up an account than what is listed?

I wanted to know if I can unlock my iphone 4S from Sprint to use on metropcs? The sprint service in my area isn't very good, and I've had metropcs before. I just want to know if it's possible.

Instagram bio doesn't show up?

So, I recently got the new iOS7 and the new Instagram update on my iphone 5. But I noticed my Instagram bio doesn't show up. I have only 22 characters, I tried logging out and back in. I even deleted the app and re-downloaded it. I click on "update profile" and my bio shows up there. I can edit it. But when I press 'done' it STILL doesn't show up after!

I know they pay federal tax to the US government because it's a US company. But out of that $36 billion they made, how much GDP has been created through tax?

Is a 8gb Iphone enough for me?

Hi so I don't want to spend a lot of money and the Iphone 4 from virgin mobile 8gb is 199$ I've always wanted a Iphone but never actually felt like spending the money because I was pretty content with my android but now that I have a job again I want to buy it. I was just wondering if the 8g is enough? I don't have a lot of apps just a fair amount of pictures and some music. The 16g is 150$ more I'm just curious if the Iphone 4 8g would be worth it I don't want to get it I won't have enough storage.

So today I got an iPhone and got rid of my blackberry phone, but where I live has no signal. And my blackberry phone would connect to the Wi-Fi and I could text people, I was wondering is this feature was available for iPhones. If not, is there any app or something that I could use for free to text other peoples phones?
