How to changeNotification settings within iPhone 5s to get banner messages at the top of the screen and not not popup messages in the middle?

Today my relative come from California to visit my family in Thailand.
They also give me an Iphone 5C with an 50$ iTunes giftcard. Which really make me happy. I replace my old iphone 4 with iPhone 5C.
Can I create an US apple Id and use it outside USA?
Can Apple terminated my account even I use legal giftcard?
I already did the DFU mode when you hold the power button and home button and nothing.
It was great this morning but all in a sudden it just doesn't want to turn on!
Earlier today, my iPhone 4 went missing. I believe I dropped it while running errands, most likely at Walmart. I didn't realize until later that my phone was missing, until I got home. From there, I called my iPhone, and a person answered who said that he'd found my iPhone on the ground several miles from where I live and where I was running errands. He said that he found it on the ground, with the white apple logo on the screen; he said that maybe somebody restored it.
When I was able to get my iPhone back, it was indeed restored/wiped. My question is, do I need to take any precautionary steps after this incident? I only have my email information on my phone, and no credit card or other payment information.
Should I restore again from my computer? Should I contact my mobile provider (no calls were made, however, when it was missing)? What's the worst that can happen?
I had a falling out with my mother and she wants to go unlock the phone at the store. I'm just curious if she can. I think she can but i just want to know for sure.
My purchased songs keep syncing to my iphone when i didn't check the purchased playlist. Some of the songs are not on the music playlist i synced to my phone but the keep staying on my phone when i don't want them there iv'e tried deleting from my phone but it won't work. I hope this isn't confusing but how to i stop purchased items from syncing to my phone?
I have an iPhone 4, and randomly my phone said to connect it to iTunes. I did and now it's saying it's detected recovery mode. I get my music through my computer so I'm kind of sure that it backs it up there. But will it delete all my messages and contacts?
Please answer because last time I updated my phone to ios6 it *** up my phone and disabled something and I'm afriad it's going to get *** up again I had to bring it somewhere to fix it I don't want to go threw that process ever again lol so does ios7 work on prepaid iPhones?
So I'm trying to delete songs from my iPhone but my computer is bad. You used to be able to just slide your finger from left to right over the song and hit delete. I can't figure out how to delete songs only with my phone now on iOS 7. Do you guys know how?
I had my iPhone 4 flashed to Cricket from Sprint and when you flash an iPhone you're not supposed to turn it off because it will get stuck on the apple logo. My phone has died a few times and I always end up taking it to the guy who flashed it and he can turn it back on in two minutes using some software or program on his computer and it will be just fine, still flashed and have all my apps, photos, and everything on it. Is it possible for me to turn it back on at home? What program do they use and can I download it on my computer so I don't have to go to him every time? I'm so frustrated with this situation.
