My iphone won't turn on after installing ios7?

So i was using my iphone trying to get used to ios 7 and then it froze so i turn it off then turn it back but it was nothing i charged it but i all heard was the sound of charging any options?

What are all the negative effects that happen to your iPhone when upgrading. I had a little peak around an I saw a couple of things (slow keyboard and memory erasing) what are all the other problems and are they fixable, if so, how?

Can I get an iPhone 5S tomorrow?

Is it possible to get an iPhone 5S tomorrow at somewhere other than an Apple store? The closest one is 2 and a half hours away and I was just planning on going to AT&T in the morning and getting one. I've read rumors going around that nobody will actually have any 5S in stock tomorrow but Apple stores, only 5Cs will be in stock everywhere, any truth to this?

Added (1). Edit: Don't tell me not to get the product, I'm just asking a question about it's release. I have my reasons for getting an iPhone.

I have the iPhone 4S and I just got the new update. When I'm in a Wi-Fi area I turn off my data to save it and I used to go into setting general then cellular and would be an option to turn it off. How do I do it now with the new update?

How to fix my iphone 4 after ios7 update?

This morning I updated my iPhone 4 to the new IOS7. All day it wouldnt turn on and when I got home from school I plugged it in. It turned on and now, with it still on the charger, It keeps turning on for not even a minute, then the screen does something funky, and then it turns off. As soon as it's off The apple logo appears again, turning it back on, and then it continues to do the same on and off over and over. Its been doing it for about three hours now. I really need my phone to work… Has anyone expirienced this and happens to know what I can do to fix it? I've already called Apple support and they told me that they don't know what to tell me other than for me to schedule and appointment to take it to the apple store. Does anyone know what I can do to fix it without having to go to the Apple store?
