Can you download cydia on ios7?

Ok so I have an iphone 4s and I really wanted to jailbreak it. I used to have ios6.1.4 and I know there were no jailbreaks available. So everyone was saying to wait until ios 7 came out. I finally update my iphone 4s to ios7. Now I read that the jailbreak is ready for iphone 5. I'm just wondering if its ready for the iphone 4s. Or how long do I have to wait?

How to add the new weather app to the drop down list on iOS 7?

How do you add the iPhones weather to the drop down list on ios7? When you swipe your finger down from the top, shouldn't the weather be on there? At the bottom it even says "stocks and weather provides by yahoo" I can't figure out why it won't show me the weather.

So iOS 7 just got released (I'm not sure when) but I keep hearing things getting thrown around about it is worth the update and it's not worth the update so I was wondering should I wait or should I get it now I'm not sure i keep turning it over in my head and I don't know if I should I have an iPhone 5 so if you could please post the pros and cons again should I update now or not and why please thanks!

Ios 7 is making my music jump

I just updated to ios 7 on my iphone 5 and now whenever I play a song (any song) as soon as I unlock my phone while the song is still playing it jumps back like its delayed! It does it with every song on my music playlist plus YouTube songs and it didn't do it before? My phone isn't being slow or anything it's just this that's playing up!

How to prevent the songs i deleted on my iphone from syncing back?

I've read on other websites that you have to delete the song file from your iTunes library in order to keep the song from syncing back… But i still want to keep the songs on my computer but off my iphone lol… Is there any way to do this…
i like syncing my phone to save my stuff but i'm annoyed with having to delete the songs over and over again…

Locked out of my iphone 4 after downloading ios7?

I have an old iphone that i use only for music. Yesterday I downloaded ios7 and everything seemed to be working fine. This morning when i went to use it, it asked me for my passcode. Now I'm certain that I did not enable the passcode feature. I attempted to put in old passcodes, or the passcode i use for my current phone. No success. I then tried to restore it through itunes. A message pops up telling me i need to go into icloud on my iphone and disable the "find my iphone" feature, but obviously I can't do that because I'm locked out.

Added (1). Well i figured it out. FINALLY able to restore my phone going through recovery mode. Still not sure as to why this happened.

Why is my iPhone 4S taking forever to restore?

So I jail broke my 4s a month ago and now I want to put ios7 on it so I restored it, after backing it up on iCloud. But it still has that black screen and silver progress circle and has been like that for 45 minutes. The circle is still moving, so it's not frozen. Should I be worried?
