How to get iOS 7 for my iphone 4?

My friend said that she just got iOS 7 but she won't tell me how. It doesn't show up on my settings notification thing so how can I get it? Is there a safe website that I can get it from?

My iPhone ( 5th generation ) is saying that the ios 7 software update is not out yet. Every one is talking about how they updated there's and blah blah blah you guys know what I mean right? Well anyway, mine says you're software is up to date and then it says the version which is 6.1.4. Weird right! Does anyone know what to do? I kept refreshing and refreshing and doing it over and over again. And I can't think of anything else.

Problem with iOS 7 instagram?

I got iOS 7, and when I upload a picture on instagram it looks like its ment for iPhone 5.It's to long for my screen so it doesn't show the full app when I upload a picture. Why is this?

Jailbroke iPhone, now NO signal on ANY network? Cydia, iOS 6.0, 3GS?

I jailbroke my iPhone purely because I want to unlock it to all networks (I live in Australia and it's a British phone).
I used evasi0n and now I have Cydia installed on the phone. I also installed ultrasn0w from Cydia app store. Not only does the phone not work with my Aussie SIM card, it now no longer works with the Original simcard (it was working fine before the jailbreak).It just says "searching" and then eventually "SOS only".

Any help tech experts?

How to delete un-needed storage on iPhone?

I have an iPhone and I'm trying to update to iOS 7. I have to have at least 2.9 GB of available storage to update to it, but I only have 2.3 GB of available storage. It says I have used 4.0 GB of storage even though I have deleted all my apps. I have no music downloaded but I do have 1.1 GB of storage in my photos. I don't want to delete anymore of those than I have.
How do I have 4.0 GB of storage being used right now if under the Usage tab it only says 1.1 GB of Photos is being used? Is there a way to delete the other 'invisible' storage that I have on my phone?
