Iphone photo scanning?

So my dad just did the new ios update on his iphone 6 which was mine before, and it suddenly stopped working and there was a technical damage in his phone. So he took it somewhere to turn the iphone on and when he did, all his photos were deleted. So the guy was trying to get his photos back and he scanned them. And they are now downloading which says " they might take a while"

What does scanning photos mean? Can my photos from 3 years ago from when i had the phone reappear now?

I'm currently in another state for school and I think my girlfriend may be cheating on me. Is there anyway or any program I can install on my Iphone to spy on her Iphone and see photos, Imessages, snapchat feed, contacts, etc. I'm not in my hometown so I have 0 access to her phone and I'm not sure if the apple ID thing for Icloud would work either because I think a verification code would pop up on her phone if I tried signing in to her apple ID then she would start to get suspicious. I have the iPhone X and my Bluetooth connectivity of my wireless Jabra Elite Sport ear phones can't connect

My iPhone 7 has no problems discovering the Bluetooth connection. But with the iPhone X the connection is not visible. I have tried every which way, hard resetting the phone, on and off the Jabras, on and off the Bluetooth on the iPhone X.

Has anyone had the same issues with Jabras Bluetooth or any other Bluetooth ear phones and iPhone X?

Iphone x keeps rebooting?

So i got the iphone x and i got some issues
My phone is doing fine when i'm on the lockscreen.
But when i'm on my homescreen its doing fine for few seconds then its starts getting stuck and it reboots it self.
But when i'm on the lock screen everything is good and mooving around smoothly.
So i don't think its water damage, but what could it be?
